Established in 2012, EPIC Company has delivered 15'000 events to more than 300'000 guests under CULINARYON and PAINTON brands, serving both corporate and private customers both in Europe and Asia. EPIC Company is looking for a strategic investor that will help to boost our international footprint and to make our iconic brands global.
In 2018 we hosted events for more than 90.000 guests and in 2019 we plan to serve more than 110.000 guests both at the new and existing locations.

Revenue stream by Experience
Corporate events represent the majority of our revenue due to larger group size, higher average check per person and higher frequency of purchase. EPIC enjoys high cross fertilization among private and corporate clients (e.g. General manager booking a corporate event and a party of his kid)

Revenues do not include PAINTON and WINEON Casino as they are just being launched.
Margin by Experience
Corporate event are our focus as have the highest margin due to higher spending power and higher number of guests per event. Other types of events are also very important due to cross-fertilization and faclity saturation.
By providing a differentiated range of experiences, we are able to serve different market segments, optimising venue saturation in different days of the week and times of the day.

The recreational cooking school market is fragmented and in general composed by small local players. Only one significant international chain is present in Asia (ABC cooking school) and it is only addressing the B2C market and has more academic format than CULINARYON.
Paint and Sip Market
In the last 10 years the market experienced strong growth in North America thanks to low CAPEX franchising model. In Europe the market started to have significant pick up 5 years ago, yet it is still fragmented and made mainly by small players. In Asia the trend is not yet strongly established and the potential is immense
Team Building & Corporate Events
Few international players with undifferentiated product offer. Most of the offer is composed by games and exercises that do not require any fixed facility or infrastructure, yet have no barrier of entry nor IP.

Thanks to our differentiated product offer we are able to charge more than competitors. Our average check per person, ranges from approximately 130 USD in Moscow and Singapore to 100 USD in Bucharest and St.Petersburg.
We are able to organize large in-house up to 4 times the size of the events of our competitors, thanks to our modular and interconnected studio design.
The large majority of Competitors by being significantly smaller in size can't host events above 30 guests, leaving a significant part of the market to EPIC Company

CULINARYON has a database of over than 600 recipes and constantly growing. Our international menu sets are optimised to provide an engaging and tasting experience in a set amount of time. By expanding internationally we acquire specific knowledge of each local cuisine.

CULINARYON never compromises on quality and freshness of its ingredients. We work only with fresh ingredients as we order food based on a booking system that allows to know exactly what is going to be consumed each day.
We reduced food waste to zero. By working on pre-bookings only we can purchase exclusively the food that will be consumed, reducing food cost to 15%, up to 50% less that a restaurant.
