Teams need to ideate, design and build a complex and fun chain reaction against each other and against the clock.
Goldenberg Machine requires team to think outside the box to create the most complex mechanism to perform a simple task

Time & Project management
Small teams in the first session and the entire group in the second will need to build a series of functioning complex structures under time pressure
Chain reaction
Participants will gain an understanding of what a chain reaction is and it's implication in the workplace
Any construction mistake can block the functioning of the entire machine. Executional excellence and testing and quality control are a must
