About us
Language acquisition happens in micro-moments of practice. Through consistent language practice, a student can naturally increase his language capacities. This correlates with the processing capabilities of the human brain. When an individual receives information, it gets stored in the sensory memory, where the information is temporarily held. Through repetition, the information can transfer to the long-term memory, where it seems to be retrained permanently and can be retrieved. Correspondingly, repetitive practice can help a student to gain proficiency in the language.

Practicing all of the language skills
Language habits are the key pillars of our learning method. We encourage our students to create
habits and to practice their language skills daily. Linguaclub helps the students to do so through
chunks of daily exercises and grammar explanations that correspond to a specific chapter.
The progress of the students is being tracked by our habit tracker. By committing to your everyday
language practice, you will see real results and will be able to finally speak with confidence and
ease!
The development of the main cognitive domains forms a base for proper language usage. In order to increase a student's proficiency in primary language skills, it is important to provide an equal amount of practice for every language skill. Even though the main cognitive domains are interrelated in real communication, students need to give equal importance to each language skill in the learning process. Through the continuous practice of each of the cognitive domains, students will develop strong productive and receptive skills, which will allow them to increase their language use in real-life communication. Receptive skills consist of reading and listening. Productive skills compromise speaking and writing.

Vocabulary knowledge is a crucial component needed to master the main cognitive domains
all language skills are being practiced because an exercise with a different language skill gets open every day. At the end of the week, a student can participate in a speaking club corresponding to the theme of his language block. This way, a student can use his language skills actively.

Although, one of the difficulties experienced by language learners is the gap between passive and active vocabulary knowledge. Passive vocabulary knowledge allows one to recognize a word and comprehend its meaning in a context, whereas active vocabulary knowledge allows retrieval of the needed words from memory in appropriate situations.

Our method is designed in a way, which helps students to actively use all of the words they learn. Student’s active vocabulary skills increase since all of the vocabulary used in the week's exercises correspond to a specific theme. Through consistent practice of the specific vocabulary, a student can remember and retrieve new words at an appropriate moment.
