Drinking age restriction
This games requires degustation of alcoholic beverages and therefore is restricted by local drinking age laws. Please check your own country legislation and comply accordingly by verifying the drinking age of participants and by not allowing minors to take part & drink.
No Gambling allowed
WineON game formats do not include gambling. Bets during the game are just of symbolic value, and our playing chips can not be exchanged for money or money equivalent
Drinking & driving
Our Bartender should remind at the beginning of the event that we can arrange a taxi or/and driver service (depending on the market) as no one should drink and drive.
Intoxicated guests
We will stop serving alcohol to visibly intoxicated guests as we owe a duty of care to the general public by preventing dangerous actions by drunk customers.

30 min: Встреча гостей
Guest are welcomed by the event master, they are registered, given name badges. Canapés, welcome and drinks are the most common add-ons to ease the waiting time for last minute guest arrivals.

The event kicks off when:
(a) all guest are in the house
(b) not later than 30 minutes from beginning of the event (if not all guests are in the house, event master needs to coordinate with organiser of the event)

When all guest arrived and not later from 30m from the official start of the event the event master welcomes the guest to their station and explains the rules of the game

Arrangement at team: If not otherwise specified by the organiser sitting arrangement is based on guests preferences. We can also have assigned seating based on organiser instructions or random to break up groups.

40 мин Создание идеальной формулы вина, создание этикетки и истории
У гостей есть 40 минут чтобы вывести свою идеальную формулу, придумать историю и логотип.ВАЖНО!в конце гости должны отдать целую бутылку 0.75 на дегустацию и записанную формулу своего вина.

20 мин Презентация этикетки и истории
У каждой команды есть 3 минуты, чтобы представить свой логотип и историю вина.У каждой команду есть бланк, где они выбирают лучшую этикетку и лучшую историю.В последствии эти баллы идут в общий зачет и присуждаем номинации "Лучший Брендинг", "Лучшая история создания"
Все бутылки собирает сомелье и убирает в специальные чехлы с номерами от 1 до 5

20 мин- 25 мин
Во время презентации шеф подготовил первое блюдо.Гости после презентации вин переходят к еде.

В это время бармен, ивент и клининг убирают станции и накрывают все для дегустации( дегустационные бокалы,разливают вино, обновляют воду, раскладываются бланки для голосования)

Сомелье в этот момент общается с гостями.Проводит винную викторину для доп. баллов.

20m Слепая дегустация
Сомелье рассказывает, как правильно дегустировать вино.
Каждый гость дегустируют все произведенные вина и выставляет оценки в специальный бланк.Бланки собираются и отдаются ивент-менеджеру для подсчетов

20m Десерт или второе блюдо
После дегустации, шеф вместе с гостями собирает десерт или отдает второе блюдо.
Важно!Шеф занимает гостей минимум на 20 минут, чтобы успеть подсчитать баллы и подготовить вино победителям.
Note: не у всех пакетов есть второе блюдо, поэтому этот пункт может быть пропущен

30 minutes
В конце мероприятия сомелье и ивент создают напряженную атмосферу.Озвучивают победителей "Лучший брендинг" и "Лучшая история".После этого по-очереди,озвучивая количество баллов снимаются чехлы с бутылок и гости узнают под каким номером скрывалась чья бутылка.
После победители получают бутылки со своим вином и самостоятельно закупоривают их с помощью специального оборудования и ставят печать сургуча.
Core game
Wine Prod. Game - это идеальная игра для командообразования и получения опыта.
Гости делятся на команды максимум по 6 человек.На каждом столе подготовлены 4 сорта винограда( Мерло,Шираз,Каберне-Совиньон и Санджовезе), все для создания этикетки и истории.
За 40 минут гости должны вывести свою идеальную формулу создать этикетку и историю.

Note: Игра должна проходить в развлекательном, а не обучающем формате( если того не требуют организаторы),задача сомелье и ивента создавать атмосферу азарта и соперничества.

•Каждая команда в конце первое части замешивания вина предоставляют целую бутылку 0.75 со своим вином и формулу
• Во время голосования за лучшую этикетку и историю - нельзя голосовать за свою команду.

          The bartender is at the center stage of the event. One bartender can manage One Main table + several extensions as long as for every extension there is one more person to help with the payouts of bets.
          Leading Bartender
          The leading bartender is the real host of the evening / game.
          He / she welcome guests at the table and leads the entire process.
          The leading bartender needs to be knowledgeable about wines in general and especially about the wine that will be tasted by the guests.

          The leading bartender is hosting the entire session with a microphone. Occasionally when we have several main tables playing in parallel we might have also have secondary bartenders

          How many marker chips to order?
          3 room studio can host up to 100 players & each players receives 6 Markers,
          this means that we have to oder approximately 600 chips = 33 or 34 marker chips by type.

          We need to change the design of the chef table.
          Today we use the round part only as a space for the sommelier - therefore we need to adapt the design o the real use. Moreover we need to add extra play margin on the opposite side of the sommelier.

          We can combine serval tables in a raw to increase the number of participants, increase the space of each participants. Moreover one single bartender / sommelier with microphone can manage several tables in raw with the help of the event masters.

          The Drop Stop banishes drips, and wine drops, reducing cloth stains and making the bottle more difficult to be recognised.
          Due to its flexible material, DropStop fits in every bottle. Can be rinsed out for re-use.

          Fake money to decorate the tables before the games starts and when the tables are in display to facilitate sales.
