Core game
At his core, WineON is a game of skill and chance, where guests are asked to guess and bet wine attributes after tasting the wine for a blind bottle. Guest play at WineON table that is composed of a main table (where the leading bartender is) and one or several table extensions.

Please note: If we play more than one Main table in parallel (eg. 2 lines) it is important that the Leading bartender is only one (with the microphone) and the bartender at the second table follows what is done at the table of the leading bartender. Both tables play the same wines at the same time. The leading bartender stays between the two table as both table need to see him.
Main table + extension
WineON Game
Process 1 to 6 should take 10 minutes x wine
1. Wine Poring: Bartender / sommelier serves minimum 50ml (larger portion possible if open bottle can serve all the table) of wine to each guest from a bottle hidden in a WineON Bag

2. Tasting and guessing: Guests are given 2 minutes to taste the wine and place their bets. Time is marked by a sand watch. At this stage bartender is not speaking yet about the wine.At the end of the two minutes the bartender announces the end of the batting by saying " Rien ne va plus" or "No further bets"

3. And the winner is: The bartender announces the winning combination disclosing each attribute one at the time and placing a cork to mark the winning combinations. While disclosing the attributes talks about the wine.

4. Collecting chips: Bartender and event master start collecting the chips from the wrong answers, keeping on the WineON table only the winning ones.

Important: it is a game and the bartender should use humour and create a feeling of suspense and excitement.

Game variations
In order to make our WineON Casino game more fun, engaging and unique, we introduce three game variations to the game that add excitement and break the monotony of the game.
Please note:
Poker and Roulette Game variations allow the bartender to manage time more effectively as they can be removed or extended depending if the game is running faster or slower than scheduled.
1. Poker cards
Played in all WineON Las Vegas evenings
Set-up: 3 cards face down for each player, next to the market chips
How to play: the last round of white or red whine is played with the poker card variant. The guests are asked to turn the 1st card before the wine is poor in their glass. The guest with the lowest card will be served first and will have 2 minutes to taste the wine and place his/her bets (he will not be able to modify the bets after). All the other guests are served the wine and will place the bets as usual.
• If two guests have similar card score, they will turn another card
• If the guest receive a Joker then he/she can decide who will start the tasting.

3. The bartender finds the card and reads the question giving four multiple choice answers
4. Guests are given 1 minute to guess the correct answer by placing their bets on the roman numbers on the table.
5. Chips are collected and winning bets are payed

Payout:
Correct answer: x3
