Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By submitting your reservation to us and/or by making payment to us for the event, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply only to Masterclasses ("Masterclass" or "Masterclasses") conducted by CulinaryOn Singapore Pte Ltd (hereafter referred to as "CulinaryOn"). CulinaryOn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

MASTERCLASSES

1. Prices for the Masterclasses are as stated on "https://culinaryon.sg/" (the "Website"). The prices stated on the Website may not be valid during special events, on the eve of and on the day of public holidays.

2. When making a reservation for a Masterclass, you may notify us of the preferred date and time for the Masterclass. The final date and time of the Masterclass shall be subject to confirmation from CulinaryOn.

3. Subject to Clauses 4 and 5 below, you have the right to cancel or reschedule the Masterclass by notifying us in writing no later than two (2) business days prior to the date of the Masterclass. In the event that you request to cancel or reschedule the Masterclass less than two (2) business days prior to the date of the Masterclass, CulinaryOn shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, to forfeit any payments made by you.

4. If you reschedule the Masterclass by notifying us no later than two (2) business days prior to the date of the Masterclass, we will endeavour to accommodate and facilitate your request, subject to availability.

5. If the Masterclass is rescheduled by CulinaryOn, we shall notify you of the rescheduled date and time of the Masterclass as early as possible. If such rescheduled date and time of the Masterclass is not suitable, you may request for:

(a) the Masterclass to be rescheduled to another date and time; or

(b) a refund of any payments made by you.

6. You are responsible for any reduction in the number of guests or actual no-show of guests, and you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to request any amendment to the Masterclass or partial refund of any amount(s) paid as a result thereof.

7. You acknowledge and accept that CulinaryOn does not operate a halal-certified venue.

8. CulinaryOn shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions experienced by guests from the food consumed or prepared in our premises, or from items that guests may come into contact with while in our premises, unless you inform us as soon as reasonably possible of any allergies, dietary restrictions or special meal requirements.
