Dining in the dark concept
The Dark Room
The investment to prepare this room is minimal

• 100% Black decoration
• Round banqueting tables 8 / 10 guests
• Music and video projection
• Disco lights for after party and laser
• Small bar (can be even without water)

The dining experience
It is a fully immersive dining experience. The organiser can select from a menu made of mix and match. The dinner will have 6 course meal as it needs to be experiential.
Wine degustation will also be in the dark allowing us to play by letting guests guess the colour of the wine.
Entertaiment
During the dinner we can entertain the guests with:

• Music playlist of DJ
• Live music
• Stand up comedy
• Story telling
• Projections

After the dinner the room can become a disco by removing tables.

Night vision
I assume we will need 4 night visors for the waiters.

500$ and it is Lixada Head Mount Night Vision Scope Digital Night-Vision Binocular 60M in Dark Near-Infrared Illuminator (need to check if it really works)

Military grade night visors cost a lot (2500$ per headset)


Despite the experience is very interesting it can be claustrophobic for some people.
The problem is that when you invite a large group you do not know the reaction of all the team members and we would not know how to manage if few people decide to step-out as they do feel comfortable. Maybe we can set up a table outside for people that do not want to stay inside the dark room,
