How does it work?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® functions as a thinking, communication and problem solving methodology.
Team is led by a professional facilitator through a series of questions that prod deeper and deeper into a selected objective.
For each question, participants build a 3D LEGO model using special bricks.
These models are discussed in group and used as a medium to express complex ideas through storytelling and metaphors.
Based on sharing and discussion, problem solving and decision making is achieved.

A workshop is structured based on an objective that you and our facilitator define. Depending on its complexity, a session can last 4, 8, 12, or 16 hours.
