We conduct extensive pre-meeting planning and interviews to be able to tailor the experience to your business needs.

Our standard package includes pre-strategic session meetings with top management, 2 days of immersive work plus 1/2 day follow up after 6 months

Individual interviews with top managers to better understand how to tailor the strategic session to your company specific needs
Participant are asked to prepare in advance for strategic session, by filling a questionnaire and by preparing presentations on specific topics (competition, sales, etc)

Preparation support
Our team will support of company executives in preparation for the strategic planning session, structuring and formatting presetnations and data.
Group-work
The team will be working together to to address strategic questions. Each group-work ends with a mini-presentation from the group or a "assembly" of resume on a flipchart or slide
During the session the team will formulate a strategic plan, that will set the direction of the company for the future (3 year, 5 years, 10 years)

Follow-up session
After 6 months from the strategic session, the team will take part in a 1/2 follow-up session to fine tune the direction and assess progress toward set goals.

Teams need to ideate, design and build a complex and fun chain reaction against each other and against the clock.
Goldenberg Machine requires team to think outside the box to create the most complex mechanism to perform a simple task

Small teams in the first session and the entire group in the second will need to build a series of functioning complex structures under time pressure
Chain reaction
Participants will gain an understanding of what a chain reaction is and it's implication in the workplace
Any construction mistake can block the functioning of the entire machine. Executional excellence and testing and quality control are a must
