Paint Your Lazada Values
Each team will be tasked to brainstorm what value they consider the most important in their journey with Lazada. As a team, they will have to figure out how to illustrate and paint this value on their canvas.
Each team will appoint roles for its team members - 1 team leader, 2 colour coders, and painters. Team leader and colour coders will be in charge of coordinating with other teams so that individual canvases can be put together into one single meaningful piece.
At the end of painting session, all canvases will be put together by the podium and displayed side by side as one single connected piece.

Groupings
Participants will be split into 15 teams of 6-7 people each.
In order to make this an engaging team building session, each team canvas is advised to be at least 50x50cm. This means the final painting will be composed of 15 canvases of different Lazada values, total size 2.5 x 1.5 metres.
We are able to arrange the connecting and hanging of the final piece in your chosen Lazada premises, inclusive.

Process & Groupings
Participants will be split into 22 groups of 7-8 people each.
These teams will work individually on the LEGO models building, sharing, discussion, and reflection. At the end of the whole session, the main facilitator together with each team's appointed team leader will do a summary sharing & reflection for the whole group.
