Before event starts, every participants will receive detailed instructions from us to ensure a smooth experience!

The session includes:
- Facilitated 1.5-hour painting session
- Professional CulinaryOn painters
- Painting kit for each participant, including: 1x cotton canvas, 2x paintbrushes, acrylic colours in separate containers, 1x paper water cup, 1x disposable paper palette
In our internal trials, we have found that 1.5 hours is the longest stretch of time during which participants are able to keep their engagement level and focus.
Given that our physical PaintOn events are 3 hours, for our online sessions, we have adjusted the price per person and selection of paintings accordingly.

Currently, we recommend to keep sessions to 15 participants maximum in order to ensure smooth facilitation and good engagement. If you have more participants, we recommend to split them into subgroups.
We will use the application Zoom to connect all the participants within a single online space. Prior to the session, a special URL link will be shared with all the participants, through which they will be able to access our session on the event date and time. Don't worry about downloading anything - Zoom can be accessed via your online browser!
The first 15 minutes of the session will be utilised, among other things, to work out any technical issues or queries of the participants. We will also share instructions and tips on how to ensure the best experience in Zoom prior to the session.

We will deliver CulinaryOn painting kits home to each participant. Once you confirm your event, we will collect from you the home address of each participant, and schedule all deliveries within a specific day and time period.
